America Interactive Real Estate will refund to you up to 1% of the final sales price from the commission we receive as follows:We show you 1 - 4 homes, you receive a refund of 1% of the final sales price. We show you 5 - 8 homes, you receive a refund of 1/2 of 1% of the final sales price. 9 or more homes shown the refund is 0. So the more you can narrow your selections the higher the refund.
