If you are a Seller, just let us know you are unhappy with our service and why.
We will refund the entire listing fee.* Please note we do not offer refunds
just because your property has not sold, which could be due to market conditions.
If you are a Buyer, just let us know you are unhappy with our service, and we
will cancel our Buyer - Agent agreement with you. We only ask that you tell
us why you are unhappy so we may improve our service for future clients.
